Read this before your procurement team does.
The public beta is aimed at small service businesses. If you are evaluating for an enterprise, here is exactly what is present and what is absent.
Present
- Company-scoped data with server-side authorization on every mutation.
- Role-based access with owner, admin, operator, and viewer capabilities.
- Human approval gates on consequential actions, with a durable decision record.
- Run history with steps, artifacts, and evidence.
- Full data export and a recorded deletion request.
Absent
- SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any third-party audit report.
- SSO, SCIM provisioning, or directory sync.
- A signed SLA or uptime commitment.
- Data residency selection or customer-managed encryption keys.
- A DPA negotiated for enterprise procurement.
What to do with that
